Welcome to MathSatChallenge (MSC) and msc.almanahj.com. By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1) About the app

MSC is an educational math competition experience: level-based questions, points, progress tracking, and leaderboards. It is for learning and practice and does not guarantee any official academic outcome or certificate.

2) Eligibility and children

If the user is a minor, the app must be used with parental consent and supervision. The parent or guardian is responsible for monitoring the use and ensuring it is age-appropriate.

3) Accounts and sign-in

The app may support guest mode and member mode. When you sign in (such as Apple or Google), a login token may be stored on your device to keep you signed in. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.

4) Fair play

• No cheating, manipulation, bots, automation, or any method to gain unfair points or progress.
• No attempts to probe, break, or abuse the API or send abnormal traffic to the servers.
• We may reset results or restrict or suspend accounts if we detect suspicious activity.

5) Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Paid features may be available (such as a yearly subscription). Subscription management (purchase, renewal, cancellation, billing) is handled through the Apple App Store under its policies. Refunds and payment disputes follow Apple rules.

6) Content and intellectual property

Questions, UI, branding, and educational content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or extract content without written permission.

7) Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. Downtime, errors, and changes to content, levels, or scoring may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of points due to outages or connectivity issues.

8) Privacy

We may collect data necessary to operate the service, such as email (when signing in), provider identifiers, country or language, and performance and progress data. We use this data to run the account, improve the experience, and prevent abuse. A Privacy Policy may be available in the app or on the website.

9) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or the service is misused.

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
